initially, he could not hold things using left hand. but eventually his left leg also got affected. now his right hand too is weak and has limit control to grasp things. he can walk , but only very slowly - he has already fallen several times, losing control.
he is a diabetic patient. but takes insulin regularly.

some doctors diagnosed the disease as motor neuron disease (MND) - which results this gradual muscle atrophy, and porvided RILUTEK tablet.
other said it could be diabetic poly-neuropathy.

any suggestion ? idea ?

we live in bangladesh. if we find some specialist doctor we might go to india, singapore or thailand for treatment or second opinion.
